For those who are current patients, or for new patients who have been enrolled into the practice, click below to access the Charm patient portal (login/password required) where you can communicate securely directly with me, make follow-up appointments, fill out forms, and manage your patient profile.

My practice is subscribed to Reimbursify’s Practice Pro plan to help simplify your process of getting reimbursed. This plan means all of my patients get:

• Unlimited Free Out of Network (OON) claims filing through Reimbursify
• Priority claim support through Reimbursify

Instructions on how to get reimbursed:

1. Log into the Charm Patient Portal > Billing > Click “Receipts” tab > Download Invoice or Superbill. If you don’t see it, please email me and let me know so I can send it. More information can be found here.
2. File with Reimbursify through the iOS or Android mobile app (preferred) or by clicking the image below on desktop
3. Fill out the information, hit submit, and wait for reimbursement to arrive!
   (If using the app, enable “Automatic Claim Status Updates” for the best experience)
